America 250 Giveaway Official Rules & Terms

We're celebrating America's 250th birthday by giving away a 10-karat gold American flag ring set with red, white, and blue cubic zirconia stones, valued at $650. Here's everything you need to know.
1. Who Can Enter
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. EstateJewelryPricedRight.com employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The giveaway entry begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on July 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
2. How to Enter
Make a qualifying purchase of $1,000 or more in a single order at EstateJewelryPricedRight.com online during the promotion period. Each separate qualifying purchase counts as one entry.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned are not eligible. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, or returned before the winner is selected, the corresponding entry will be removed from the drawing.
3. Free Gift with Qualifying Purchase
Every qualifying order includes two complimentary silver jewelry pieces. No code is required.
Complimentary items are selected by EstateJewelryPricedRight.com and may vary. No substitutions or cash equivalents are available. Complimentary items are available while supplies last.
4. The Prize
One winner will receive a 10-karat gold American flag ring set with red, white, and blue cubic zirconia stones.
Approximate retail value: $650 USD.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted for another item, except at EstateJewelryPricedRight.com's discretion if circumstances outside its control make a substitution necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Announcement
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 4, 2026, and announced on July 5.
EstateJewelryPricedRight.com will contact the selected winner by email and/or phone using the contact information associated with the qualifying order. The selected winner must respond within five business days and may be required to confirm eligibility before receiving the prize.
If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within five business days, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, EstateJewelryPricedRight.com may select an alternate winner.
The confirmed winner will be announced on EstateJewelryPricedRight.com's Instagram and Facebook pages on July 5, 2026.
6. Taxes
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. If required by law, the winner may be asked to complete the applicable tax documentation.
