Yes, all jewelry can be made larger or smaller, but resizing is not a service we offer. You will need to speak with your local jeweler about getting a piece resized.

We go through exhaustive testing of all items we offer to ensure accuracy of metal purities, gemstone authenticity, size, total weight, etc. In some cases, the information we provide is estimated. For example, we will test a gem to ensure it’s an authentic ruby and will offer an estimate of its carat weight. We use a gem tester which provides a range of potential gem types. We are not a gem lab and the testing methods we use require room for error no matter how thorough we are.

No - we do not host a physical, walk-in location. Our "showroom" is this website and all items are sent expeditiously (USPS, FedEx, UPS) with tracking. In some cases, signature upon delivery will be required

Yes. Every purchase goes through a professional cleaning process prior to being packaged up for shipping. You can be assured it will sparkle like new. And a presentation box is included with every item purchased.

In most cases, yes you can. Let's say there's a pendant that you love but would rather have it on a different length or type of chain. Let us know and we'll do what we can to accommodate your request.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of your purchase. To initiate a return, please email us for a return authorization number for tracking purposes.

Yes - once received back in our office and inspected to ensure it matches the item purchased, you will be notified.

As a convenient courtesy to our valued customers, we pay shipping charges on items returned.

No. We do not charge you sales tax but the state/city in which you live does. We are responsible for collecting the tax on their behalf and remitting it to the corresponding taxing authorities.

Yes – shipping is always free on all jewelry purchases of any size. Certain items presented on our “Other Items” pages may have shipping charges attached which will be indicated in the item description. Your purchase will be sent via USPS. FedEx or UPS; any method used will always include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been prepared for shipping.

Yes – all purchases of fine jewelry will include a presentation box. In most cases, purchases of sterling silver jewelry will not include a presentation box.

All of our jewelry comes from estate liquidation. We do not resell the collections of contemporary jewelry makers. Therefore, everything we offer is unique, one-of-a-kind and always sure to thrill its recipient. All of our merch is pre-owned and pre-loved. Therefore, upon inspection under a microscope or jeweler's loupe you may see imperfections. But rest assured, to the naked eye, the jewelry purchased from this website will look dazzling.
