Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all jewelry orders $100 and over. Orders under $100 may incur a shipping charge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some individual items may also carry a shipping charge noted directly in their product description, so please check there before completing your purchase.

All free shipping is provided via USPS Ground Advantage and includes full tracking. If you prefer a different shipping method such as FedEx, UPS, overnight delivery, or USPS Express, those options are available at the buyer’s expense.

How We Ship
All orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the selected method and what ensures the safest and most efficient delivery. Every shipment includes full tracking so you can monitor your order at any time.

You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Signature Upon Delivery
For your protection, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this applies to your order, the carrier will attempt delivery and leave instructions for scheduling a pickup or redelivery if you are not available.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

No Local Pickup
We do not operate a walk-in showroom. All purchases are fulfilled and shipped directly to you. Our showroom is this website.

Packaging and Presentation
Every piece of fine jewelry is professionally cleaned before it is packaged. A presentation box is included with all fine jewelry purchases, making every order gift ready from the moment it arrives. Please note that sterling silver items may not include a presentation box.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Reach us at hello@estatejewelrypricedright.com.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days from the date the item is received by the buyer. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. We cover return shipping. Contact us to receive a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
